Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase of products purchased, we will exchange your items or give you a store credit for the value of those products within 30 days provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.

While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of underwear is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, in line with Susu's quality and safety standards.


Bra or Bra tops that are unworn and in their original condition will be accepted for return. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you.

A return fee of $15 will apply to Australian returns to cover the return shipping label, and will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items refer to items marked down. These cannot be returned for exchange or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty.

If you purchase your item during a store wide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

 

REFUNDS

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

 

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at susuintimates@gmail.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Susu Intimates is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.
